Shipping Policies

Palmer Campus Store is proud to offer you competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

All International Shipping will first be given a quote before the order is processed, so we can find the best price for you. This usually takes 24-48 hours.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Please Be Aware of Daily Shipping Cutoff
To ensure that your merchandise is accurately processed and carefully packaged, phone and web orders placed after 1pm will not ship out until the next business day.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges will be issued 30 days from the original receipt.

Product must be in new condition and must be accompanied by the original tags. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt to receive a full refund or credit and will be put back on the original payment method.

Palmer Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Textbook Returns 

Returns will be accepted on textbooks within the first 7 days of the new Trimester with a receipt. Textbooks must be returned in the condition they were purchased to receive a refund.

Chiropractic supplies and Diagnostic equipment are non-refundable.
